Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance NEC4 Civil Infra

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major enabling works project in the South West. You will drive commercial management under NEC4, including cost reporting, compensation events, and EWNs, while coordinating with the delivery team to optimise value.

The successful candidate will have proven civil engineering experience, NEC4 expertise, and strong stakeholder management to manage subcontract packages and final accounts on a long-term freelance basis.
