Senior QS - High-Impact Residential (Hybrid, London)

Monaghans Ltd in London is seeking a proactive Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor with strong residential expertise to lead cost management on a major city centre project and support a varied client portfolio across Retail, Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors.

You will work closely with the Regional Director, deliver pre- and post-contract services, and mentor junior staff within a growing office that values quality and client-facing excellence.
