Senior Proposals Lead, UK & Ireland

Axon is seeking a Lead Proposal Manager for UK & Ireland to drive complex RFP responses, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions. You'll coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders while leading regional bid readiness and coaching teams.

The role is office-based in the United Kingdom with a hybrid schedule (London office + remote Mondays). 8+ years of experience in proposals and a strong public-sector background are preferred.
