Job Description
Senior Property Manager Corporate Property & Estates Location; Dublin, with site visits Salary: €80,676 - €100,-Month Agency Contract with extensions thereafter and potential for permanency. 35-Hour Week Hybrid Working Flexible Location

(Note, candidates coming from the private sector will start on the 1st point of scale with annual increments thereafter.)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Professional to join a national Corporate Property function responsible for supporting one of Ireland's largest and most diverse property portfolios. This strategic role will focus on property governance, acquisitions and disposals, estate optimisation, property transactions and the ongoing development of national property management processes and systems.

Working within a specialist Corporate Property team, the successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders across a large and complex organisation while supporting the delivery of national property strategy and best practice.Hybrid and blended working arrangements are available in line with organisational policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on property management, transactions and governance.
  • Support implementation of national property strategy and policy.
  • Assess property acquisitions, disposals, leases and licences.
  • Manage and administer property business case submissions.
  • Support estate rationalisation and optimisation initiatives.
  • Liaise with regional property teams on complex property matters.
  • Assist in the development of property-related policies and procedures.
  • Support property compliance, audit and governance requirements.
  • Develop and analyse property portfolio reports and management information.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including local authorities, government bodies, state agencies and professional advisors.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of property management systems and databases.
  • Monitor risks and issues relating to property transactions and portfolio management.
Candidate Requirements Essential

You must have:

  • A Level 8 (or higher) qualification in:
    • Surveying
    • Estate Management
    • Property Management
    • Property Valuation
  • Membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)
  • Membership of the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers

and

  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant property experience.
Experience Required
  • Property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Property transactions and associated statutory obligations.
  • Leasehold and freehold property management.
  • Valuation and negotiation.
  • Planning, zoning and development considerations.
  • Stakeholder management.Report writing and property analysis.
