Senior Property & Casualty Underwriter - Hybrid Leader

Barker Munro Recruitment is working with a leading insurer expanding its Manchester branch. We're seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Underwriter to drive new business growth across Mid Market and Mid Corporate risks. You'll build broker relationships, lead large case management, and underwriting profitable new business while supporting and influencing the wider underwriting team. Hybrid pattern: three days in Manchester office or visiting brokers, two days home working.
