With a history of working with major UK retail clients, TSA Riley seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project management services for various projects, from new builds to refurbishments across London and Southeast regions.
Responsibilities:- Lead project management to meet client objectives.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation and processes.
- Advise on procurement, contracts, and project delivery.
- Manage cost, quality, and programme controls.
- Prepare reports and facilitate value engineering.
- Develop and deliver project programmes using Microsoft Project.
- Degree in Construction Project Management or similar.
- Proven project management experience in construction, preferably retail sector.
- Experience with full pre and post contract duties.
- Membership in RICS or CIOB preferred.
- Experience with JCT contracts.
- Strong client-facing skills and a full UK driving license.
