How you'll make an impact Lead the project team with clear direction, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and achievement of technical, safety, quality, and financial targets. Oversee project planning including scope, budget, schedule, and risk. Monitor implementation stages to ensure cost control, resource efficiency, and compliance with HSE standards. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Manage contract amendments, variation orders and claims in collaboration with contract, supply chain and legal functions. Drive project deliverables, identify and address risks, and ensure lessons learned are shared to improve ongoing and future projects. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal standards. Manage contract negotiations and claims in collaboration with contracts and legal functions. Your Background Proven experience of project management, experience from energy and power industry is advantageous. You hold a university degree, a degree in engineering or other technical area is preferable. You enjoy collaboration and want to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
