In this role you will work with health and social care researchers, commissioners, policy makers and members of the public across the Bristol City region. You will collaborate with a range of organisations, including the NHS, universities, local authorities, and voluntary and community sector organisations.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate significant Project Management knowledge/experience (PRINCE 2 or MSP qualifications are desirable) along with a proven track record of liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders across various organisations, including at very senior levels.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities Person specification Knowledge and experience- Significant Project Management knowledge/experience (PRINCE 2 or MSP qualifications are desirable)
- Demonstrable change management and project management experience involving clinical services or in a public sector setting
- Knowledge of the theory and practice of change management and service redesign; has developed, monitored and managed complex projects within complex and challenging organisational settings
- Experience in leading and facilitating cross-disciplinary or cross-organisational groups
- Experience of working with multi -disciplinary teams
- Knowledge and experience of the submission of research grant applications.
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Proven track record of liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders across various organisations at different, sometimes very senior levels
- Experience of working in and directing cross-organisational and cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to maintain focus on the longer-term goals of Transformation while dealing with the short and medium term challenges that may arise.
