Senior Project Manager

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities:
You will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and handover. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment. Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programmes, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable.
Desired skills:
- 8+ years of project or programme management experience in complex transformation environments
- Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits tracking
- Experience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans
- Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting and facilitation experience
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with S4/HANA
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience preferred
- Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes
- Excellent communication skills with English
