Senior Project Manager

Landmarc have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team. As a Senior Project Manager you'll lead pre construction programmes ranging from £200K to £10M, shaping some of the UK's most unique and high impact infrastructure projects. Your work directly supports the UK Armed Forces by ensuring new facilities, training environments and modern accommodation are designed safely, compliantly and ready for delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence major schemes that strengthen military capability and future proof the Defence Training Estate.

Role details

• Salary: £59,800-£65,955 (DOE) + £7,200 car allowance
• Location: Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire
• Contract: Permanent, office based, Mon-Fri, 37 hrs
• Travel: Required within the South East region (with travel costs covered)

What You'll Do

• Lead pre construction strategy and develop client briefs
• Oversee design assurance, CDM compliance and risk management
• Provide project assurance as schemes move into delivery
• Influence a wide range of infrastructure projects including accommodation, dining facilities, urban training environments and digital training systems
• Support major M&E upgrades aligned to net zero objectives

What We're Looking For Essential

• Strong construction project management background
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWERPRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar)
• HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services
• NEC contract experience
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Additional technical or project management qualifications
• Experience within defence, estates or regulated environments
