You'll be the driving force behind projects that cut across multiple teams, taking full ownership of financial tracking, forecasting, and control. This isn't just about oversight; it's about landing critical change with precision while helping us build our internal capability by providing day to day guidance and mentorship to another Project Manager within the team.

Role Scope

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will lead the charge on initiatives that require expert coordination across Technology, Product, and broader business operations. You will ensure our most ambitious projects land successfully-on time, within budget, and with clear scope.

Your focus will be on navigating the intersection of structured delivery and Agile growth, ensuring that while we move fast, we maintain the governance and financial control necessary to succeed at scale.

Responsibilities

• End to End Project Delivery: lead the delivery of complex, often technical projects from initiation through to completion; own and manage structured delivery plans (Waterfall / APM), maintaining tight control over scope, timelines, and quality; drive project momentum to ensure all initiatives meet business objectives and land successfully in the live environment.
• Governance, Finance & Control: take full ownership of project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget control; maintain strong governance, providing consistent and transparent reporting on progress to leadership and stakeholders; manage milestones, dependencies, and sequencing for smooth delivery flow.
• Dependency & Risk Management: proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues before they impact delivery; act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management across multiple functions.
• Collaboration & Delivery Leadership: work closely with Sponsors, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure delivery is technically feasible and aligned to product strategy; provide day to day guidance and mentorship to another Project Manager, helping build a consistent delivery culture across the team.

About You

• Project Delivery Expertise: proven track record of delivering complex, end to end projects with full ownership of budgets and timelines.
• Methodology Mastery: strong experience with structured methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, APM) and a deep understanding of how to apply them.
• Agile Awareness: comfortable working alongside engineering teams and navigating how Agile delivery works in practice.
• Communication & Influence: confident communicator who can translate delivery challenges into actionable insights and drive alignment at all levels.
• Tooling & Mindset: proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with a pragmatic, outcome focused, and detail oriented approach.
• Domain Knowledge (Desirable): experience in Warehouse, Logistics, eCommerce, or Retail environments.
