You will take ownership of large scale, design driven residential developments, working with world class architects, designers, contractors, and high net worth clients.

  • Lead delivery of residential projects across all phases (from feasibility, planning, procurement, RIBA stages through construction to completion)
  • Act as the client representative, managing consultant teams (architects, engineers, interior designers, QS, etc.) and contractor relationships
  • Develop, monitor, and control project programme, budget, cashflow, and risk; provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring design intent is translated into the delivery with the luxury finish required
  • Manage procurement and tendering, negotiate contracts, and oversee variation management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Travel internationally as required to support overseas projects

Person Specification / Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) managing high end / super prime residential projects
  • Demonstrable track record on international and UK based luxury residential developments
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, including procurement, design coordination, and construction delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder and client facing skills; able to balance design ambition with commercial realism
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta, or equivalent)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Why This Role Matters

This is a rare chance to work at the intersection of luxury, design, and global development. As Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural masterpieces - from concept through execution - for private clients who demand excellence.
