We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Role summary
As the Senior Project Manager you will have strong business focus, project management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to build and maintain effective and influential relationships with senior stakeholders will help you carefully plan and oversee the business critical project, including negotiating access to key resources. You will take the lead and drive projects and initiatives forward, proactively managing and escalating issues and risks.

What you'll bring to the role
Demonstrate ability to:
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining performance
Work on, manager and deliver multiple projects/deliverables in tandem
Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
Absorb and evaluate complex information quickly
Influence, negotiate and persuade a broad range of stakeholders at different level across the organisation
Lead highly effective meetings and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, using language that meets their needs and at an appropriate level of detail
Exercise your own initiative and be proactive
Desirable:
Prior Project Management experience with an established track record of project delivery, including excellent documentation of project timelines, risks and issues (essential for K6)
Experience in scrum methodology or a project management qualification (essential for K6)
Understanding of Kaplan business processes and products
Experience of working on projects in an education/ learning organisation or division
