Over the past year, they have also supercharged and honed their digital offering to include building more bespoke websites, plus digital/virtual events and experiences.

Job Description

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager? One who can lead projects with incredible global brands? Ready to work for our growing agency at the cutting edge of the live, digital, virtual and hybrid events space?

The Senior Project Manager will work on a variety of activities for our clients, including IRL events, microsites, digital immersive environments and more.

You'll also take the lead in managing our production team - supporting, motivating and aligning them to deliver high-quality work on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management
Team Management
Project Management
Budget and Supplier Management

Live Project Management

End-to-end project management, ensuring the client deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
Management of key documentation, such as budgets, status trackers, timelines and action documents
Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Collaborate with clients to define event goals, objectives, and target audience
Day to do management and briefi ng of the project team
Supplier management
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue booking, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and security.

Client Management

Be the primary point of contact for clients
Provide clients with strategic guidance and event expertise to help them achieve their objectives
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
Proactively communicate with clients throughout the event planning process, addressing concerns and providing updates
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed
Document and Process Management
Ensuring the team understands and updates the key docs regularly and accurately
Devise ways of improving process and documentation as required

Lead responsibility of key documents, including but not limited to:
Budget (Procim)
Project Open / Project Overview
SOW
Event Plan
Status Reports
Master and Creative Decks
Critical Path / Project Plans
Roles and Responsibilities
Venue Tracker
Venue Assessment
Supplier briefs - both technical and creative
Show flow/ run of show
Onsite schedule
Crisis comms plan
Project debrief - internal and external
Project close docs

Team & Production Management

You'll lead the production team - managing workflow, output, and development - and run regular production and team meetings to keep everyone aligned and delivering at pace
You'll line manage 3-4 team members, mentoring junior talent and helping them grow
You'll manage the project process from strategy to execution
You'll delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and keep performance on track across departments
There's also the opportunity to get stuck into creative proposals alongside the Creative Team, shaping bold ideas for world-class clients

Budget Management
Plan and deliver against complex budgets, leading from pitch and reconciliation
Tracking and monitoring project expenses and time allocations
Manage and develop third-party relationships, including freelance talent
Demonstrate a commercial focus
Reconciliation process

Debrief
Produce debrief for internal project team and manage internal team feedback for best practice
Responsible for key areas such as debrief report and budget reconciliation
Management of external client debrief

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of experience in Project and Team Management, including virtual events delivery
Proven experience in managing several projects at the same time and of various sizes, with a delivery track record
Confidence to drive effective solutions and internally to clients
Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to internal and client teams
Pitch development and management
Proficient in Gsuite and Procim

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Sense of humour
