1 week per month in Berlin - expenses will cover the cost of this travel

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Security: Define and execute network segmentation projects to isolate and protect critical OT assets from IT-based threats.
• Strategic Integration: Act as the primary technical and strategic link between OT and IT departments, aligning industrial uptime requirements with corporate security standards.
• Project Leadership: Lead a professional, multi-disciplinary project team to deliver security milestones on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder & Business Interaction: Navigate complex organizational structures to manage expectations, influence decision-making, and translate technical risks into business impact for senior stakeholders.
