We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Future Infrastructure Programme.
Location: Burghfield, between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: Starting from £64,780, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Working pattern: 9-day fortnight with flexible working options; specify your preference in your application.
Role overview: Lead a large construction project, ensuring timely delivery, managing project teams and partners, controlling costs, quality, and safety, and adapting to project needs. Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project governance, compliance, and reporting.
- Overseeing resources, including personnel and budgets.
- Planning and leading project tasks and initiatives.
- Supporting change management and risk identification.
- Performing other duties aligned with business needs.
Candidate qualities:
- Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-value projects.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Risk management expertise.
- Experience with project lifecycle governance.
- Supportive leadership and team management skills.
