About the role
- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a large scale
- Finance transformation programme within an international corporate environment.
- The programme focuses on end-to-end business process standardization, a diverse technology landscape evolution, and complex organisational change across the Belgian organization.
- You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and processes, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into tangible, sustainable outcomes.
- This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-evolving, multi-stakeholder landscape.
As Senior Project Manager:
- Lead and orchestrate a complex, multi-stream Finance transformation programme from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive business process standardisation across entities, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
- Coordinate a diverse Technology landscape evolution, overseeing major changes to the Data, Integration and applicative layer of the Finance Technology landscape.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and decision-making forums.
- Translate strategic ambitions into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Act as a key change agent, supporting change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption across impacted teams.
- Monitor programme performance, proactively addressing issues related to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the programme team.
- Provide clear, concise communication to senior leadership and stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
You bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager delivering large scale transformation programmes, ideally within Finance or adjacent corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of process standardization, Technology transformation, and enterprise change in international organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, interdependencies, and senior stakeholders across geographies.
- A structured, delivery-focused mindset, combined with flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams, acting as a bridge between strategic intent and operational execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
- High degree of autonomy, ownership, and resilience when navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and understand business strategies.
