Responsibilities
Lead global digital transformation projects, focusing on process harmonization and IT system implementation across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions
Manage and coordinate multiple parallel projects with varying scopes and degrees of ownership, ensuring close integration of process harmonization and IT enablement
Drive end to end project execution from concept and design through rollout and sustainable integration into the organization
Align diverse stakeholders in an international setup, securing market buy in for global standards and solutions
Gather and translate business needs into clear project roadmaps, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring measurable business impact
Build trust and act as the operational interface between global functions, local market organizations, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment and commitment
Actively manage change, risks, and dependencies within the project portfolio while ensuring transparency, training, and adoption across markets
Be on top of emerging digital trends and technologies, understand their relevance and applicability for Condair and help to drive innovation within the organization
Qualifications
MAS or BSc in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong project management experience, ideally combining classical and agile approaches
Proven experience leading global process harmonization and IT implementation projects in international organizations
Solid track record of working with local market organizations, aligning global initiatives with regional requirements
Pro-active, pragmatic personality with a commercial mindset and a clear focus on results and value creation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to successfully lead and motivate lateral teams and influence without formal authority
Fluent in German and English
