You'll play a critical role in Data Centre projects, from concept through to completion, while shaping technical standards and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities- Lead electrical services design for projects, ensuring high standards are met.
- Develop and specify electrical building services for diverse sectors.
- Prepare detailed schematics, reports, and technical documents.
- Implement and maintain electrical design standards.
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff for professional growth.
- Produce and oversee tender packages; monitor quality on-site through project completion.
- Conduct tender reviews and prepare analytical recommendations.
- Define project scope with clients and design teams.
- Create project budgets and deliver client-facing reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
- Use Microsoft Office and design tools such as AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, and Revit confidently.
- Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered status advantageous).
- 10+ years' experience as a Senior Engineer.
- Proven track record in electrical building services design for Data Centres.
- Strong understanding of design principles and recognised standards (ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, EN).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, and Revit.
- Strong leadership skills managing projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Chartered Engineer accreditation.
- Previous team leadership experience in consultancy environments.
