What You'll Own
Total Controls Leadership - Lead the integration of cost, schedule, and risk management across a multibillion-pound programme
Performance Management - Implement earned value and reporting systems that drive executive-level decision-making
Team Building - Lead and mentor a high-calibre controls team focused on quality, consistency, and delivery insight
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align controls with commercial, delivery, and planning teams to ensure unified execution
Governance Excellence - Ensure compliance with NEC contract standards and best-practice controls frameworks
What You Bring
Proven success managing project controls across major infrastructure/transport/rail (£500m+ scale)
Mastery of cost control, risk, and planning tools - including Primavera P6 and ideally Power BI
Strong consultancy approach - confident advising clients and senior stakeholders
Track record building and leading teams in dynamic, high-stakes project environments
Experience with NEC3/NEC4 and structured project governance frameworks
