The role

This is a critical position to support and enable the continued operation and expansion of London Stansted Airport. Serving as the subject matter expert, you will be a key role on reactive and proactive projects, leading on a wide variety of schemes across the airport environment, up to a value of £90m. Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Providing technical expertise relating to Primavera P6
  • Line management of Project Controller
  • Creating and maintaining project budget data, scheduling and forecasts
  • Analysis of progress reports against the overall programme of works
  • Overall project support
  • Producing near, medium and long term capital projects cash-flow forecasts
  • Embedding best practice and technical knowledge within wider PMO team
  • Supply chain standardisation and review
What will make you successful in the role?

In order to be successful in this position, you will possess and be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience integrating Primavera P6 with other organisational systems
  • RICS (or equivalent) membership, or working towards membership
  • Cost and Commercial management experience
  • Experience producing actionable reporting
  • Experience leading or managing project teams
  • Experience working in a live, operational environment
