No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Technology team, reporting to the Technology Director. This role is crucial in supporting Good Energy's new growth phase following its acquisition by Esyasoft in April 2025. You'll play a central role in driving key projects and change initiatives across the business, with a direct impact on our accelerated growth and mission. This is a hands-on position where you'll manage a fast-paced, varied portfolio of projects ranging in size, complexity, and technological impact. Some projects will be technology-led, while others will involve senior stakeholders from all over the business, (including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Sales and Product) A flexible approach is essential to effectively manage each project, ensuring consistency and maintaining key project disciplines. Responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed We're seeking a Project Manager skilled in leading complex projects across all business functions, comfortable in working within and across various project environments and methodologies. You will be adept and confident managing external partners, building strong and trusted relationships to achieve the best outcomes. You should be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, possessing strong communication skills to engage all stakeholders effectively. Be prepared to work on a diverse range of projects, not limited to traditional IT project management. You will also be ready to step in and support small to medium changes within the business, either by getting hands-on or facilitating the change. Essentials:

- Project delivery: Own and coordinate the delivery of key projects, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and prioritization of different workstreams.
- Stakeholder management: Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners (where applicable) and keep internal stakeholders (including our executive team) updated on progress in governance forums.
- Documentation & meetings: Maintain appropriate project documentation and chair required project meetings.
- Team leadership: Lead and manage a small team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, supporting consistent project practices and contributing to high performance.
- Cross-functional alignment: Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.
- Cultural advocacy: Advocate Good Energy's culture, role-modelling the mindset and behaviours that align with it.
- Capability development: Contribute to the development of functional capabilities, systems, and skills expertise.
- Customer focus: Keep the customer voice and journey at the forefront of all interactions.

- Experience of working and leading complex project delivery, across different business functions and with subject matter experts, making sense of and being able to translate complex industry-specific or project related matters
- Experience working with and managing external partners in a project environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that can be applied to multiple stakeholder groups, keeping things simple, clear and concise
- A 'can do' attitude prepared to help problem solve and handle issues, facilitating and enabling the right conversations at the right time
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience of working in both waterfall and agile project environments, and a proven ability to flex approach and style to suit the needs of the project and it's stakeholders
- Project Management qualifications
- Experience working in the energy industry
- Experience working with and leading a team of direct reports alongside managing project teams
- The ability to coach and mentor internal staff looking to build Project Manager and Business Analyst skills for the future
