Job Description

Want to work for a fast-paced, innovative team? Want to pioneer new ways of operational execution in one of the biggest out-of-home marketing channels in the world? We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization to lead financial, programmatic improvement, and vendor management initiatives in our Van Marketing channel.

As Senior Program Manager, Fleet Marketing, you will be responsible for the innovation, development, and implementation of programs to scale a measurable van marketing channel in the UK and EU. This includes ownership of third-party vendor relationships, operational process improvements, KPI management, and managing ambiguity to meet deadlines. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Europe and North America, including Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product teams, and Executive Leadership, to manage the lifecycle of van marketing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and supervising the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions within the UK and EU.
  2. Developing capabilities to execute and enhance global van marketing initiatives.
  3. Managing complex marketing installation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Driving planning, issue resolution, and program execution with cross-functional teams.
  5. Defining and measuring performance standards internally and externally.
  6. Delivering features and services that add value for customers.
  7. Monitoring and reporting progress within the program area.
  8. Collaborating with stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations.
  9. Bringing 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  10. Using data and metrics to evaluate and improve operations.
  11. Owning end-to-end program strategy, delivery, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
  12. Having expert-level skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and advanced analysis tools.
  13. Holding a Bachelor's degree.
  14. Possessing a valid UK driver's license and ability to travel across the UK.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in process improvement.
  2. Ability to create advanced charts and utilize forecasting/trend tools in Excel.
  3. Master's degree or MBA in Business, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Logistics, or Organizational Development.

  1. Creating and owning projects that enhance the scalability and efficiency of Van Marketing Operations in the UK and EU.
  2. Working independently to deliver impactful results.
  3. Using analytical skills to identify trends and implement improvements.
  4. Streamlining processes with data-driven approaches.
  5. Negotiating operational and financial requirements with partners.
  6. Leading and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
  7. Communicating effectively with leadership across teams.
