Senior Program Manager - Customer Support (Global)
  • Location : Ireland fully remote
  • Salary : €85k - €98k pa
  • Contract : 11 months
The role

We're hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across global customer support operations.

This role sits at the centre of multiple teams - driving programmes end-to-end, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact at scale.

What you'll do
  • Lead large, cross-functional programmes from concept through to delivery
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations and other key teams
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and keep delivery on track
  • Manage risks, priorities and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and provide executive-ready updates
What you'll bring
  • 8+ years' experience in programme delivery within customer support / contact centre environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
