Senior Program Manager - Customer Support (Global) 
- Location : Ireland fully remote
- Salary : €85k - €98k pa
- Contract : 11 months
We're hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across global customer support operations.
This role sits at the centre of multiple teams - driving programmes end-to-end, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact at scale.
What you'll do- Lead large, cross-functional programmes from concept through to delivery
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations and other key teams
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems and keep delivery on track
- Manage risks, priorities and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and provide executive-ready updates
- 8+ years' experience in programme delivery within customer support / contact centre environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Someone who has operated at scale, is comfortable working across multiple teams and regions, and takes full ownership of delivery.
