Senior Product Tech Lead AI Solutions Remote (h/f)

emagine has an opportunity for you to drive the design and development of a strategic internal solution that empowers commercial teams with intelligent, data-driven tools.

emagine is seeking a talented and experienced AI Software Engineer to lead the creation of scalable, modular, and sustainable AI architectures within a dynamic startup-style team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions in an Azure-based cloud environment, integrating seamlessly with enterprise platforms like SAP and Salesforce.

Key Tasks & Deliverables:

• Define and own the technical architecture of AI-driven solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and enterprise integration.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices across design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Oversee development of AI-centric functionalities using Azure OpenAI Services, MS Fabric, and modern operations pipelines.

• Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems and uphold standards in security, ethics, and data governance.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in software engineering and solution architecture, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong expertise in Python; proficiency in C#, Java, or Scala is a plus.

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered or data-driven applications.

• Deep understanding of scalable, modular AI architectures aligned with enterprise strategy.

• Experience with Azure cloud services, Azure OpenAI, MS Fabric, and enterprise system integration (SAP, Salesforce).

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
