Senior Product Marketing Manager

Hybrid - 3 days per week in Staines £80,000-£90,000 basic + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

The Role

This Product Marketing Manager position offers the opportunity to take a strategic, high-impact role within a global technology business leading the way in Human Capital Management (HCM). The business unites HR, payroll and time within a best-in-class cloud platform used by enterprise clients worldwide.

You'll play a key part in defining and executing product marketing strategies that drive adoption, strengthen market positioning, and contribute to commercial growth across the UK and Dutch regions. Partnering closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you'll be instrumental in how this global leader tells its story and takes its technology to market.

Responsibilities
  • Define the product's positioning and value proposition, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.
  • Develop messaging and collateral including product videos, demos, case studies, and sales tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market and communication strategies.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring regional alignment and impact.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future strategies and assets.
  • Work with sales and customer success to identify use cases, success stories, and client advocacy content.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product direction and messaging decisions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years' Product Marketing experience within an enterprise B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience in HCM, HR Tech, or similar technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to shape go-to-market strategies and create impactful product positioning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred).
  • Fluent English; Dutch language skills an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across regions.
