Senior Product Manager (w/m/d)

We're hiring a Product Manager to join our cross-functional product team, working on our IoT measurement technology, customer app, and digital portal. You'll be responsible for uncovering real user problems, validating solutions early, and delivering measurable outcomes that drive business impact. This is not a feature factory. We're looking for someone who thinks in outcomes, not outputs. Someone who's driven by discovery, data, and curiosity - and who thrives in close collaboration with design and engineering.

Your Mission.

• Lead continuous product discovery through interviews, tests, and prototypes
• Frame and prioritize problems based on real user needs and business goals
• Translate company strategy into clear product direction and team-level initiatives
• Align designers, engineers, and stakeholders around shared goals
• Define and track success metrics (e.g., activation rate, retention, device stability)
• Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, clarity, and focus

Your Background.

• Experience in product or adjacent roles
• Strong user empathy and a track record of discovery work
• Outcome-oriented mindset - you talk KPIs, not just features
• Technical fluency - you don't code, but speak dev
• Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action
