Location: Remote with occasional travel to Manchester, Sheffield and Blackpool
Rate: £450 per day Inside IR35
Duration: Initial 3-month contract

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a major public sector digital transformation programme. You will lead product discovery, define product vision and roadmaps, and work with multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver user-centred services in line with GOV.UK Service Standards. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and proven experience delivering complex digital products within government environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex digital products as a Senior Product Manager.
• Strong government/public sector experience and knowledge of GOV.UK Service Standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and working within user-centred design environments.
• Ability to develop product visions, MVPs, strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Active SC Clearance.

Desirable Experience

• Previous consultancy experience.
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Deliverables

• Lead product discovery and prioritisation activities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage key relationships.
• Support agile delivery teams to achieve successful product outcomes.
• Promote best practice, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
