Senior Product Manager (m/f)

Lead the Discovery phase (market research, ideation, business case development) and systematically prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, cost, and expected outcomes. Translate high-level strategic ideas into detailed requirements for Product Owners (POs) and collaborate closely with Design on shaping solution options and testing prototypes. Define and prioritize the A/B test roadmap, review results with analysts and POs, and define next steps (release, iterate, or pivot). Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or other relevant field At least 8 years experience in product and/ or commercial management within a B2C environment. A result driven team player with a "get it done attitude". Must be able to connect quantitative data ('what') with qualitative insights ('why') . Ability to shift from big picture to details and handle complex business requirements. Great stakeholder management and ability to collaborate effectively with commercials, analytics, product owners, and designers.
