About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of how we design, deliver, and iterate our core experiences. You'll work in a cross-functional squad, shaping everything from early-stage propositions to live product iterations.

In this role, you'll lead our 'New Customer' journey.

This is a hands-on role for a senior practitioner who is comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about user needs, and experienced in balancing value, effort, and risk. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, design, growth, clinicians, and operations teams, bringing structure to strategy, pace to execution, and clarity to the roadmap.

What you'll be doing

Enhancing our 'New Patient' experience while driving your team's mission, vision, and metrics.

Owning product discovery and delivery cycles from end to end within your squad.

Leading discovery efforts by mapping user journeys, identifying pain points, and shaping value propositions.

Developing and testing key hypotheses through experimentation to validate ideas.

Turning insights and market understanding into an actionable roadmap for your squad's mission.

Defining and managing MVP scope-balancing user needs with business goals and constraints.

Creating and owning a product strategy for your area, balancing long-term growth and short-term targets.

Collaborating tightly with designers and engineers to build simple, elegant user experiences.

Defining success metrics, monitoring performance with data, and continually improving products in-market.

Being a trusted voice across the business-advocating for users, challenging assumptions, and driving clarity.

What we're looking for

You've shipped successful digital products across the full product lifecycle-from early-stage research to delivery and optimisation.

You have a proficient grasp of product strategy, hypothesis-driven development, discovery methods, experimentation, and agile delivery.

You are commercially aware-you understand how your product drives business outcomes and can back up decisions with metrics or market insights.

You're a fast learner, humble and curious, enjoy learning and sharing your experience.

A strong communicator, able to frame problems, align teams, and get to good decisions quickly.

Confidence working autonomously and as part of a close-knit cross-functional team.

A curiosity about customer psychology, motivation, and behaviour-not just features.

Salary

£70,000 - £80,000 DOE

Basics you can expect:

️ 33 days (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) + 1 day after 2 years of service, up to 5 extra days
