Job Description

8x8, Inc. in London/UK remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Digital Channels portfolio (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, WebChat, and more).

You will shape strategy and end-to-end execution across the platform, working with engineering, design and GTM teams to ship high-impact AI-powered experiences. You will drive roadmaps, set key metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross functional partners on enablement, pricing and field feedback.
