Job Description
Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the future of our AI enhanced product lines. This is a remote friendly role, but you must be based in Ireland, Poland or the UK.

At we pride ourselves on delivering market leading practice management software used by more than 20,000 teams across 170 countries. Our platform helps agencies and professional services firms track, manage, invoice and grow their client work.

We operate in acceleration mode and AI is at the centre of that. We embed AI deeply into our product, processes and team culture, and we need a product leader who has already transitioned into the AI era, is ready to think and build differently, and can help elevate our product organization.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software business, with a clear track record of shipping products that moved meaningful metrics - not just features, but outcomes.
  • Active use of AI tools in daily work - for research, synthesis, writing, prototyping. This is an expectation, not aspirational.
  • Proven track record of releasing successful customer facing AI powered features.
  • Hands on experience using AI prototyping and development tools (such as Claude, Figma Make, Lovable or similar) to build workin proof of concepts independently, progressing from idea to testable artifact in hours, not weeks.
  • Ability to discuss how AI systems work - LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, model evaluation and trade offs - without needing a translator. You need not build the systems yourself, but you must understand them to lead design credibly and make real technical decisions alongside engineering.
  • Self motivated, obsessed with quality, problem solving, high agency and the initiative to act without waiting for unblockers.
  • Flexible, adaptable, thrive in fast paced environments, with a keen appetite to deeply understand customers and solve their problems.
  • Experience working as part of an empowered product team - engineers, designers, QA - and understanding the difference between coordination and leadership roles. You are here to lead.
  • Excellent written communication skills: specs, strategies and narratives that are clear, precise and persuasive, enabling engineers to build from your requirements without chase.
  • Strong data driven mindset, comfortable with complex data and metrics, asking questions of data and making evidence based decisions. Experience running structured customer and user research - interviews, usability testing, jobs to be done analysis - and translating insight into product direction.
  • Track record of working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or pace.
  • Outcome oriented and commercially aware. Define, fight for and communicate the customer and business impact of your product area - not just what shipped, but what changed. Understand how product decisions connect to retention, growth and revenue.
What you can expect

You will own your product area, not just the backlog but the problem space. You will have real autonomy, accountability and influence over the direction of a product used by millions of people every day. You will report to the Group Product Manager and work closely with our broader product leadership team.

We invest heavily in AI tool adoption, offering a generous learning and development budget that covers AI tools, courses, Reforge programmes and industry conferences.

We ship frequently, run real experiments, conduct genuine customer research and debate trade offs with evidence. We embrace mistakes openly and learn fast - if that is how you like to work, you will feel at home here immediately.
