What you'll be doing- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
- Support other teams in alignment for 12 months while leading your own product areas.
- Shape and deliver our AI driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
- Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy in and drive execution.
- Act as a role model for independent decision making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end to end ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence across departments and levels.
- Comfort with autonomous working - you don't need hand holding or step by step direction.
- Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day to day product management (Claude, Code, and similar).
- A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what you've built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
- Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
