Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead one or more of our core SaaS products or product lines. In this role, you will take full accountability for your product's performance, direction, and long term success - not only through feature delivery but by driving any initiative that unlocks measurable value for customers and for the business.

You will lead structured discovery, identify high impact opportunities, and align cross functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success. You will also "close the loop" on value realisation - tracking outcomes, validating assumptions, and adjusting course as required.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape Tes' product strategy at a time of significant transformation within the business and the wider EdTech market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, value proposition, roadmap, and performance of your product(s), with full accountability for outcomes
  • Drive structured discovery to validate opportunities and define the most impactful work
  • Be data and outcome driven in prioritising initiatives (e.g., features, pricing, onboarding, operational improvements, messaging)
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional initiatives with teams across the business
  • Drive fast learning cycles, using agile iteration and feedback to accelerate value realisation
  • Monitor product performance, track outcomes, learn from results, and refine plans accordingly
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to shaping a high performing product organisation
What Will You Need to Succeed? Experience
  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in a complex or multi product SaaS environment
  • Proven experience leading strategic, cross functional initiatives that meaningfully impact business performance
Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, product market dynamics, and performance metrics
  • Strong command of product discovery, agile delivery, and iterative practices
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, onboarding design, and go to market alignment
Skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with pace and focus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions
  • Agile, resilient, and growth minded - thrives in change oriented environments
Qualifications
  • Highly Desirable: Certified Product Owner or Certified Product Manager
  • Desirable: SAFe or other scaled agile certifications
  • Desirable: Training or qualifications in Product Analytics / BI tools
What Do You Get in Return?
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 30
  • Access to My Benefits World
  • Life Assurance
