As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Senior Product Managerto lead the strategy, development, andoptimisationof digital loyalty and eCommerce products across our retail brands.
This is a multifaceted role that involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on product management.We are looking for a leaderwho canturnbusiness strategy intoexecuted experiences for customers and retailerswhile gaining consensus and managing stakeholders of all levelsand functionsalong the way

What you'll be doing:

You use customer insight to ensure a deep understandingof our customers' problems, define the correct prioritiesandmeasuresuccess.

You use data to inform decision-making and uncover new product opportunities.

You use qualitative and quantitative insights torepresentcustomer needs,commercialviability,and technical feasibility to prioritiseanddefineroadmaps.

Youfocusonrefiningandarticulating the problem (or opportunity) your team issolvingand you ensure the team around you are oriented around the problemtoo.

You ship the whole customer experience, this includes working across the business (e.g.,UX, marketing, sales, customer service etc) to ensure that we are set up for success from the moment we release.

You have a deep knowledge ofday-to-dayproduct processes and are ascomfortablein the detail as you are with the bigger pictureoften working on large projects while managing live products in parallel.

You are aStrategicLeader.

You set strategy, inspiring andinfluencingothers to think big about where we are headed and how we will get there.

You can clearly rationalise and articulate why we are pursuing one set of priorities versus another.

Youare responsible fordriving alignment on strategy and roadmaps across teams & stakeholders.

You build compelling business cases based on customer, technical and commercial requirements.

You stay appraised ofnew technologiesand trends and ensure that we continue to drive innovation in applications in our industry.

What we are looking for:

• A third level qualification in IT, Product Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5+ years relevant product experience
• Experience working on digital loyalty, martech, eCommerce or personalisation products
• Experience working in a mix of agile and more traditional waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing external agencies and internal teams
• Passionate about customer experience and making life simpler with technology.
• Skilled in project management with an ability to deliver to tight deadlines while ensuring the customer needs are not forgotten.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating the building of strong cross-functional relationships and using the available expertise and experience to good effect.
• Strong influencer who can deliver at pace and manage stakeholders from a non-technology background.
• A full Irish driving license and own transport.
