About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Director and working closely with our founder, we're hiring a world-class executor to build our product function from the ground up. You'll own everything from roadmap to release, insight to iteration. You'll drive velocity, deepen customer experience, and turn the product into a magnet for growth and retention.

This is not a strategy-only role. You'll roll up your sleeves, write tickets, scope problems, brief solutions, make trade-offs, ship fast, and scale what works.

What You'll Own

Digital Product

  • Drive and execute the product roadmap, in collaboration with the founder and Digital Director.
  • Act as product owner across our React/Next.js stack.
  • Translate insight into action: write specs, prioritise backlogs, QA releases, and drive improvements weekly.
  • Use data, tools and systems to inform and validate decision-making.
  • Define sprint goals and velocity benchmarks with engineering.

Customer Experience

  • Optimise every touchpoint across the user journey: acquisition, subscription / order management, rewards, reactivation, referral, and retention.
  • Build self-serve tools that reduce friction, increase satisfaction, and reduce CS load.
  • Champion performance through simplicity, making complex flows effortless for the customer.
  • Use CX insights to proactively identify friction points and feed into the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Ops to make sure every customer touchpoint feels consistent and considered.

Insights & Iteration

  • Set up continuous feedback loops from customers, CS, and data.
  • Prioritise based on impact: LTV, churn, NPS, AOV.
  • Run experiments and ship fast: test, learn, iterate.

Product Team Evolution

  • Source and manage freelance design and product talent in the short term.
  • Build the case to hire, coach, and grow a lean, high-ownership product team.
  • Instil a culture of momentum, quality, and curiosity.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years in hands-on product roles, ideally in DTC, ecomm, or subscription-led businesses.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end product: roadmap, design, execution, results.
  • Comfortable in the weeds, from wireframes to SQL to QA.
  • Strong UX instincts and familiarity with Figma, wireframing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of digital CX, automation, and how to scale with care.
  • Obsession with outcomes, not outputs.
  • Robust, resilient, and thrives under pressure, not afraid to make fast calls or learn in motion.
  • A natural self-starter who brings energy, clarity, and accountability.
  • Excellent communicator; concise, honest, no ego.
