Senior Product Manager - Group Marketing & Loyalty Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development, launch and scaling of our Group Marketing & Loyalty Platforms as a shared enterprise capability across the business. This is a strategic role within Group Product & Platform, focused on creating reusable and scalable loyalty services that can be adopted across multiple banners.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and evolving the long term strategy for the Group Marketing & Loyalty Platforms.
  • Owning and prioritising the product roadmap in line with enterprise objectives.
  • Leading the successful launch of the platform's first implementation.
  • Driving adoption across Kingfisher banners and establishing the right governance model.
  • Championing platform principles such as API first design, modularity and reuse.
  • Partnering closely with architecture and engineering to shape product direction.
  • Managing relationships with key technology vendors, including roadmap alignment and performance.
  • Providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Developing onboarding approaches, playbooks and reusable integration models.
  • Monitoring platform performance, scalability, risk and cost considerations.
  • Line managing Product Owners and helping to strengthen product capability across the teams.
  • Supporting senior stakeholders, driving alignment and building strong product practices within the team.
Qualifications
  • Significant Product Management experience, with a strong track record operating at enterprise scale.
  • Experience building and scaling shared platforms or enterprise capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of API led and event driven architecture principles.
  • Experience working with third party technology vendors.
  • Comfortable operating within structured governance environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across complex organisations.
  • Experience in loyalty, retail technology, customer platforms or MarTech would be an advantage.
