We are seeking an experienced individual to join as Senior Product Manager, Inventory Finance and ABL.
This role supports the end-to-end design, structuring, and delivery of HSBC's global Inventory Finance product suite. The role involves implementing the global product strategy, driving adoption across key markets, and coordinating with stakeholders across risk, front office, and operations to ensure product scalability, commercial viability, and control adherence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute HSBC's structured working capital proposition, focusing on execution quality, innovation, and client value.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and delivery of key components of the global Inventory Finance strategy.
- Assist in structuring new solutions across ABL, Contract Monetization, Borrowing Base, and Warehouse Finance deals.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, standard templates, sales material, pricing models, and structuring guidelines.
- Track performance metrics for product adoption, deal flow, capital returns, and process efficiency.
- Assist in preparing business cases for digital and policy enhancement initiatives.
To succeed, you should meet the following requirements:
- Expertise in trade finance solutions.
- Understanding of digital and emerging technology solutions in trade finance.
- Experience in delivering change, preferably through agile co-creation processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong management skills, with experience in team building and managing various projects.
- Ability to motivate managers and staff using appropriate management styles.
- High motivation and drive to successfully deliver complex transformational initiatives.
