We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager in the B2B team to help us continue that growth.
What you'll be doing- Lead cross functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products
- Own long term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimise existing products
- Prioritise new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks
- Conduct in depth user research and leverage data insights to identify ambiguous, strategic opportunities and define new product visions
- Drive decision making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success
- Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the business
- Build strong connections between sales, marketing, and customer service to proactively lead change and promote product focused mindsets across the enterprise
- Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation, and mentor more junior Product Managers
- Significant product management experience within agile teams, with a proven history of driving significant business impact and delivering effective digital products
- Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including setting long term strategy, owning roadmaps, and agile methodologies
- Experience working in cross functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders without direct authority
- Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product development
- Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining, setting up and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement
- Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform the product area and user experience
- Strong communication and executive level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common, long term vision
