Rightmove is looking for a Senior Product Manager (12 Month FTC) to join our team in London (Hybrid 2 days in office). The role reports to the Head of Product.
About the RoleAs part of our search domain, you will help us keep building the search fundamentals and innovate with AI to supercharge user experience.
Typical Week- Lead a focused product team, maintaining and prioritising the backlog of improvements.
- Guide and mentor Product Managers, champion best practice, and support high standards.
- Support discovery, delivery, and accountability processes.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, and AI squads on experience discovery.
- Partner with Product Managers and Head of Product to set data driven strategic objectives.
- Engage in recruitment to bring in fresh talent.
- Define and convey progress of OKRs to leadership and stakeholders.
- Define requirements and oversee delivery of solutions.
- Monitor product health and performance metrics and advocate changes.
- Spend time understanding consumer motivations and industry insights.
- Generate ideas, identify opportunities, encourage innovation.
- Work with engineers and architects to understand technology limits.
- Experience leading and motivating product teams.
- Proven delivery of end to end search products in a tech led company.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and guiding clear paths forward.
