Senior Product Lead, Cards & Payments Platform

Equals Group PLC is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the Cards vertical, shaping strategy, roadmap and outcomes for how customers spend, control and account for their money.

The role requires deep product leadership, direct card/payments experience, and a strong technical acumen to partner with Engineering and Scheme partners. You will work with teams across Engineering, Design, Commercial, Risk and Compliance in a hybrid model.
