Senior Product Lead - Fintech/Insurtech, Remote

Kota is hiring a Product Lead to own a product area, set vision and strategy, and lead engineers who build it. The role spans Insurances and Core/Finance, with potential to evolve as we enter new markets and add products. A high ownership drive and strong cross functional collaboration are essential.

You'll shape six week cycles, simplify onboarding and premium management, and translate complex compliance rules into simple employee flows. Fintech/Insurtech domain experience is a plus.
