Senior Product Growth Lead for Apps & Activation

Aperture, a London-based growth consultancy, is seeking a senior Product Growth (Apps) leader to own the post-acquisition funnel. You will shape onboarding, activation, retention, and monetisation strategies, working directly with the founder and client teams to build defensible growth frameworks.

You will drive activation metrics, design paywall experiences, and run rigorous experimentation to grow ARPU and long-term value across consumer apps and subscriptions.
