Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve the existing engineering portfolio, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and reliability.
Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues, reduce risks and support efficient production.
Provide technical guidance, training and support to internal teams and customers.
Gather feedback, analyse user needs and help drive improvements and future development.
Qualifications- Degree in Mechanical, Product or related Engineering field, with 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Confident using 3D modelling tools (ideally SolidWorks) and reviewing technical drawings.
- Strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills; able to work independently.
- Experience working with suppliers or external partners, with willingness to travel as needed.
