Senior Product Designer

You'll join a global leading B2B software company at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented teams in the UK, Spain, and the US.

Day Rate: €400/day

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 3 months (Potential for extension)

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a central role in overhauling a complex legacy platform used in over 40 countries. Your focus will be on elevating usability, driving design consistency, and ensuring a seamless user experience across markets. This is a key position in a long-term global initiative to modernise a mission-critical system.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery through to delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Spain, Hyderabad, and beyond
• Advocate for user needs and push forward UX and interface enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
• Proven track record delivering UX and product design work in complex environments
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Background in modernising legacy systems within enterprise-scale organisations
• Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable
