Senior Product Designer - XR/AR for Construction (Hybrid)

XYZ Reality is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own experiences across our XR headset and web platform. You'll turn complex BIM workflows into intuitive tools for site and office, shaping product direction from discovery to delivery.

You'll work closely with product, engineering and hardware teams, embracing AI-native approaches to research, prototyping and iteration, while designing multi-device experiences and a cross-platform design system.
