Senior Product Conduct & Controls Lead - FS Risk

BT Group is seeking a Product Conduct & Control Manager to lead first-line governance for a growing portfolio of regulated lending, insurance and embedded finance products. You will own conduct risk frameworks, run vulnerability assessments and ensure customer outcomes align with Consumer Duty and Fair Value standards.

The role supports a three into two hybrid working model, with location flexibility between Bristol and London.
