Job Description
Join our Health, Localisation, and Internationalisation team as a Senior Product Analyst. You will focus on scaling our reach into new territories and optimizing the product journey to ensure it resonates with users in every region.
Responsibilities- Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to support data driven decision making across the product.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, including underserved user segments, use cases, and regions with high potential for product expansion.
- Helping the team understand which company level goals can be influenced through experimentation, defining relevant proxy metrics, and monitoring them over time.
- Supporting hypothesis formulation and prioritization using data: estimating segment sizes, potential impact, expected uplift, and defining clear success metrics, while accounting for user behaviour patterns.
- Helping the team prioritize ideas and initiatives based on expected impact, confidence level, and effort.
- Participating in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing analytical input to shape priorities and investment decisions.
- Evaluating experiment results in terms of their overall impact on core product metrics, not just local effects.
- Translating analysis results into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
- At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data/Product Analyst.
- Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing.
- Advanced SQL/Python / R for data analysis.
- Experience in data visualization in Python/Looker/Tableau or similar.
- Experience in subscription business.
