A leading global professional services organisation is growing its Procurement Transformation capability and is looking to hire a senior consultant to support high-profile, client-facing procurement transformation programmes.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of large-scale procurement transformation, working with senior stakeholders and operational procurement teams to redesign how procurement operates and delivers value. The focus is on enterprise-level transformation, not business-as-usual procurement, helping clients align procurement to their wider strategy, sustainability goals and digital ambitions.

The successful candidate will support end-to-end procurement transformation, including designing procurement target operating models, delivering cost and spend transformation, embedding sustainable procurement practices and leveraging digital tools to modernise procurement functions. This is a highly visible procurement transformation role offering exposure to complex organisations and major programmes.

The Organisation

You will join a specialist Transformational Procurement team working across infrastructure, energy, real estate and major capital programmes. The role provides rare exposure to enterprise procurement transformation, allowing you to build deep expertise across procurement, transformation, sustainability and digital procurement in one position.

Your Profile

This opportunity suits someone with strong procurement transformation or sustainable procurement experience, ideally with exposure to procurement consulting or advisory-led procurement.

You will be confident in stakeholder engagement, comfortable working autonomously and motivated by delivering meaningful procurement transformation outcomes for clients.
