At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are currently seeking a Senior Process Scientist to join our Process Sciences team.
LocationRaheen, Limerick
Responsibilities- Deliver process solutions to IOPS and generate outstanding laboratory and process validation report packages.
- Determine the root cause(s) of process related deviations using scientific, data driven rationale.
- Participate in and lead cross functional teams to investigate process issues in both technical and laboratory settings.
- Issue knowledge base reports summarizing conclusions of studies, investigations, and process improvements.
- Support technology transfer initiatives as a subject matter expert.
- Provide audit and regulatory submission support where applicable.
- Work optimally and efficiently in a team oriented environment.
- Present findings at group and interdepartmental meetings.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- PhD or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related field with 4+ years of experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical setting is desirable.
- Strong logical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to influence a non technical audience and to work well in a team environment.
- Competitive salary range: €54,200.00 - €88,400.00 annually.
